In my native South Africa, we have a saying: Ubuntu. It means ‘I am because we are’. As a concept, it’s about authenticity, the golden thread – our shared humanity, and how our relationships with others shape our sense of self. In my 10 years of working with global businesses, Ubuntu has always guided me. It’s now at the heart of the coaching I offer.
